COVID-19 virus
We are following official advice and are currently operating as normal, and are continuing to provide services and support to our customers 24/7. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will continue to follow the latest advice and guidance.

Our governing body (@SIAuk) are working on answers and latest updates can be found on their website: https://www.sia.homeoffice.gov.uk/Pages/Coronavirus.aspx. These are unprecedented times and the situation is rapidly evolving, to which end we do not currently have further information about the status of the private security industry in the event of a more intensive lockdown scenario. As soon as we have clarity we will communicate it – we are actively seeking answers to these questions.

Re Custodian monitoring – Important
It has been brought to our attention that Custodian Alarm Receiving Centre are sending out “TEXT” messages for Single, Low Battery & other non urgent notifications to our Key holders mobile phone numbers. Confirmed, Fire & PA are the priority and we were assured by Custodian that a phone call will be made to ourselves. IF you, our valued client, receive any calls/texts from the alarm receiving centre, please contact us on the above number to inform us to attend.
